Bunning Endorses Rand Paul in KY Senate Race

Republican Jim Bunning has endorsed Dr. Rand Paul to fill the Kentucky U.S. Senate seat he's vacating in January, saying Paul won't be "beholden to the special interests and beltway insiders who come looking for handouts on a daily basis."

Health Reform: Remove Individual Mandate and You Kill the Bill

The "repeal the bill" movement has gotten more sophisticated in the last couple weeks. Instead of GOP candidates and lawmakers calling for an outright repeal, many conservatives are now saying they just want to remove certain portions of the law, namely the individual mandate.

Video: Protestor Tries to Handcuff Rove

Here's a link to Karl Rove getting heckled at a book signing in Beverly Hills.

The founder of the anti-war group Code Pink tried to handcuff him as they shouted "war criminal," which is something we've seen before on Capitol Hill. I just didn't know Rove went to Beverly Hills.

TN Republicans Heart Madam Speaker

I'm sure a simple "Happy Birthday" would have done, but the Chairman of the Tennessee Republican Party loves Speaker Pelosi soooo much that he's using her birthday to fill his campaign coffers. I wonder if he'll buy her a cake?

Here's the fundraising appeal:

U.S. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is celebrating her 70th birthday today!

Is the Repeal-the-Health-LAW-Movement Amateurish?

Rothenberg thinks so. Some of his reasoning on why the GOP needs a new game plan is below.
